At Bru’s Room we are honored to be a part of the communities we serve. It is important to us that we contribute in a way that gives back, whether through monetary donations or other contributions. Our Bru’s Buddies program was designed to help organizations that exhibit good sportsmanship, academic excellence, community spirit, or simply touch our hearts.
Due to the many requests we are honored to receive each month for donations, we have put procedures in place in an effort to be fair to everyone requesting the donations. They are as follows:
Donation requests must be submitted in writing on your organization’s letterhead at least 4 weeks prior to the date the donation is requested for.
The request must include a description of the event or causee the donation is for and the method in which it will be used.
Donation requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and the contact person will be notified if we are able to fulfill the request.
